There are a number of properties in Edinburgh and the Lothians currently on the market for £80,000 or less.
But are they better value than the £80k Fountainbridge parking space we told you about on Wednesday.
We all know that property in the Scottish capital is expensive, and yes it can be hard to find a parking space anywhere near the centre of town.
But even still, would you be happy to shell out this much for somewhere to keep your motor?
After hearing about the listing we thought we'd take a quick browse through the property websites to see what we could find for the same, price and there was certainly no shortage of options.
Among those we found was a spacious two bedroom flat with private garden, a lower villa in Bathgate, a studio flat in Gilmerton and a property which comes with its own garage.
