Six Covid cases confirmed at company which manages Lloyd's Cannon House

Six coronavirus cases have been confirmed at company which manages Lloyd's and Cannon House.

Mitie facilities management have confirmed several employees have been diagnosed with Covid. And one has just returned hospital following a period in hospital.

A spokesperson said “The health and safety of our employees is our priority.

"We closely follow the latest government guidance regarding social distancing, hand washing and self-isolation.

"All our cleaning colleagues receive regular training and have been reminded of these requirements, including the correct use of PPE.”

Where a positive result has been confirmed, rooms where those employees have entered have now been deep cleaned.

A spokesperson also said colleagues have been told not to share car journeys to their work places.
