Whether you’re a fully-fledged vegan or just looking for some plant-based meal inspiration – there is something for everyone in this round-up of recipes. Each recipe can be found on the Aldi website, with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

Sri Lankan Style Curried Cauliflowerserves four
