Six by Nico announce new Amalfi Coast menu theme

Six by Nico have announced their latest menu theme, inspired by dishes from the Amalfi Coast.

From Monday August 9, the Six by Nico team will be dining out on dishes inspired by regional cuisines from Positano to Amalfi, Ravello to Minori.

The six-course tasting menu will be rich in seafood, pasture-raised meats and cultivated vegetables, with ingredients like polenta, artichoke, pork and mussels.

The first course will be parmesan polenta with a globe artichoke, second a burrata with heirloom tomato, third spaghetti vongole with squid ink spaghetti, and fourth a fillet of seabass with tapenade, roasted pepper, courgette & basil puree, braised fennel & lovage dressing.

The fifth course will be a fillet of pork with n'duja spiced belly, smoked onion and summer squash, and to finish the sweet will be a lemon delight, synonymous with the Amalfi Coast.

Titled delizia al limone, the dessert is made of lemon mousseline, almond sponge, caramelised white chocolate, yoghurt & meringue.

Chef Nico Simeone said: "Italy’s Amalfi Coast offers a variety of interesting culinary delights and natural treasures. With our latest menu, we invite our guests to discover one of the world’s most prestigious culinary landscapes with a menu that celebrates the delicacies of Italy’s stunning Amalfi Coast".

A vegetarian alternative is available for every course, as well as Amalfi Coast inspired snack sides.
