Sister Wives ’ Janelle Brown has glowed in new selfie amid her massive weight loss, which came as she visited former sister wife Christine Brown.
The TLC star, 53, visited her pal Christine in Utah - but shared a sweaty snap beforehand, which saw her show off her SEVEN stone (100lb) weight loss.
Sharing a snap of herself after a gruelling workout, Janelle gushed over how she "kicked excuses in the butt" as she pushed herself to work up a swear.
Glowing as she posed for the post-workout snap for her Instagram stories, Janelle could be seen donning a pink top with her blonde hair swept off her face and some earbuds in her ears.
Beaming for the snap, Janelle penned a short caption which read: "In Moab, Utah today to play with Christine Brown, David, Savannah, and some friends."
"It's always a debate for me about getting up early and getting a workout in. Today I kicked excuses in the butt!"
Janelle then went on to share a photo from her Utah trip, with her sharing a snap of the snow-covered Utah mountains.
The blonde beauty was married to Kody Brown, with her starring in the hit TLC show Sister Wives alongside Kody's other wives.
Janelle spiritually married Kody back in 1993, three years after he married first wife Meri Brown.
In 1994, Christine Brown joined their family, and Robyn Brown was then married into the clan in 2010.
Janelle split from Kody last year, with Christine and Meri also parting ways from their husband. Which means Kody now has just one wife, Robyn.
Recently Janelle has reportedly shed around half of her former weight, with the US Sun revealing that she was "half the size she was" back in November 2022.
At the beginning of 2023, Janelle shared her weight loss journey on social media, at the time of posting she penned: "This health journey I’ve been on has been incredible.
"The results weren't overnight and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race."
Janelle regularly promotes her Plexus business venture, with her often telling fans that her newly slimmed down and trim figure is down to the the help of some nifty little sachets from the brand.
