Sister's desperate appeal to find brother last seen eight years ago

A sister is appealing for help to find her brother who she has not seen for eight years.

Natalie Daniels last saw her sibling John in 2012 but nobody in her large family now knows where he is.

In 2017, she received a letter from the 45-year-old, telling her he was in Wandsworth Prison in London but no further contact was made.

Natalie, 33, fears her brother has gone through period of sleeping rough on the streets of Liverpool, after falling on hard times over the last decade.

But his family are keen to locate John, with Natalie telling the ECHO: "John is one of seven brothers and sisters, it's a big family.

"I'm living in my mum's house where we all grew up, and there's been a lot that's happened to the family over the past eight years which he doesn't know about.

"I just want to know John is safe as we've never heard from him and I'd like for him to come home and get sorted out.

"My little boy is now eight and he was only six months old when John last saw him.

"My dad is now 75 and struggles to walk, so he can't do much to find his son, but he'd like to see him too.

"With the pandemic, we're more keen than ever to know what John is alright."

Natalie, from Kirkby, said she has contacted the police, missing people charities and the prisoner location service in recent years, but had no luck in finding her brother.

She added: "We've lost family members over the past seven years and John doesn't know, so I'm desperate to see him again."
