The sister of a "vulnerable" 19-year-old missing dad of-two has issued an appeal "begging" for him to come home.
Ben Greenwood was last seen at 7pm on Monday, January 20 leaving his home in Llanelli town centre.
His sister, Sara Bowen, said that he posted on multimedia messaging app Snapchat apologising to his family and friends for "what he was about to do".
The 28-year-old said that the family are "desperate" to know where he is and that his disappearance is "out of character".
Speaking to WalesOnline on Tuesday morning, Sara said: "He has been through a rough time recently, he has had some down days. He lives with his mum and he just walked out yesterday evening saying that he was going to a friend's house.
"He seemed a bit off but at the time she didn't think anything of it. He posted on Snapchat saying that 'he can't do this anymore'. We then phoned the police.
"Everyone has been out looking for him but there's been no sign of him and he hasn't been active (on social media). He's just vanished.
"The people who we thought he would go to haven't heard from him."

Ben was last seen wearing a grey Alexis hoodie, white and red Nike trainers and joggers.
"Someone out there must know where my brother is.
"He hasn’t been heard from or seen since and his phone is still off. I can’t stress enough how vulnerable he is right now and we just want him home.
"I have never felt this pain before so I am begging everyone to keep their eyes open if they are out and about. We love you boy and we just want you home," Sara added.
Dyfed Powys Police have been asked to comment.
