Strathclyde Sirens' chances of landing a finals spot in the Vitality Netball Superleague is in their own hands, says ace Emma Barrie.
The Glasgow side are five points off of fourth-placed Wasps, who Sirens beat 44-39 last time out, having also drawn 32-32 with them back in March, and their rivals have played two more games.
It's back-to-back wins for Sirens, having also beat Surrey Storm 52-39, and they head into a double-header on May 29 and 30 against Team Bath and Saracens Mavericks.
That presents a good chance for Sirens to grab a top-four place, and 19-year-old Barrie says it's up to them to grab it.
She said: "It has been really good so far, we've been able to put all our hard work in training into the matches, and it's good for the fans to see that we can play at this level, so it has been really good so far.
"The last two games have been good, especially our last one against Wasps, proving to our fans and to us that we can compete with the top teams.
"It's allowing us to challenge for the top-four spot, which is really good.

"It's in our own hands and it has actually worked out pretty well.
"It has been really good this season as a whole, especially after Covid and stuff; getting a bit of normality back, getting to play in the Superleague.
"It's also really good that we've had so much media coverage. With all the games being on YouTube and Sky it has allowed fans to watch all our games, instead of just our home games, which has also been really good for us as a team.
"That means we can show what we can do week in, week out, and I've got a lot more match-play than what was expected in the season due to some injuries.
"That has been really good for me to get some court-time and experience, so it has been really good so far."
Emma added: "Getting into the finals would be very good, this season especially, after everything that has been happening.
"We've been building over the last four seasons but I feel that this is the season where we've been really challenging, and it's good to put all our hard work into the actual games."
