Sir Philip Green's Arcadia restructure: the full list of stores set to close

Sir Philip Green's Arcadia Group has announced plans to close 23 of its stores, putting 520 jobs at risk.

The retail tycoon's empire put forward a rescue plan which will see the closure of Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Topshop and Topman stores.

Outfit, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Evans stores have also been earmarked for closure.

It is another blow to Sir Philip, coming weeks after he lost his billionaire status according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.

Below is the full list of closures.

UK Arcadia Group closures

Aberdeen (Dorothy Perkins and Burton)

Ashton-under-Lyne (Topshop and Topman)

Bedford (Topshop and Topman)

Bluewater, Kent (Miss Selfridge)

Cheshunt (Outfit)

Fareham (Topshop and Topman)

Newcastle, Northumberland Street (Outfit)

All of the Arcadia stores in the UK and Ireland will "continue to trade as normal" ahead of Arcadia's crunch meeting with creditors on June 5 as it seeks approval for the closure plan.

All of the retailer's 11 Topman and Topshop stores in the US are also set to close.
