Sir Cliff Richard will sing live at the Sage on a tour to celebrate his 80th birthday.
The singer - who turned 79 today - has announced dates for his 'The Great 80 Tour', when he perform around Britain on the year of his 80th birthday. The tour includes a pair of shows at the Royal Albert Hall in the two days before Cliff turns 80 on October 14, 2020.
Sir Cliff's Great 80 tour will kick off in Gateshead at the Sage on Wednesday September 23, 2020.
Sir Cliff has sold over 250 million albums worldwide, achieved 14 number one singles, and 7 number one albums while also having huge success in films, musicals, and television shows.
Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am on Friday October 25 through Live Nation .
