'Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In' documentary release date and how to watch on Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime have announced they are releasing a brand-new documentary on legendary former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

The documentary titled 'Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In ' will be directed by his son Jason and will give a special insight into the Scot, chronicling his life both on and off the pitch.

As well as never-before-seen archived footage, the documentary contains candid interviews from his wife Cathy, his three sons, his former colleagues and of course the man himself.

It will also include exclusive and previously unseen archive footage from his glorious career at Man United where he became the greatest football manager of all time.

Where to watch Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In

'Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In' will be available to watch on Amazon Prime Video from May 29.

It is also hoped that the film will have a limited-time release in cinemas, although this will be determined by the current state of play in the current easing of coronavirus-related lockdown easing.

If you're not an Amazon Prime Video subscriber, you can get started today with use of a 30-day free trial.

Like other streaming services, Amazon Prime Video is available as an app on both Apple and Android mobile phones and tablets.

It is also supported by most modern Smart TV's and can also be watched online here.

While waiting for the release on May 29, United fans may also be interested in other documentaries currently on offer through Amazon.

That includes 'Life of Ryan' celebrating the career of United's famous winger Ryan Giggs and 'Gary Neville in Qatar' where the former-full-back-now-pundit visits the Middle East ahead of the upcoming 2024 World Cup finals.
