Sinitta covers her face with plush fashion mask amid fears she'll get coronavirus

Sinitta isn't a woman who suffers fools gladly, so it's no surprise she's taking coronavirus seriously.

The singer and occasional X Factor guest judge was spotted out in London at the weekend taking every precaution necessary to prevent the spread of the killer disease.

Sinitta, 56, was seen accompanied by Dr Wong outside the Aesthetic Medicine Live 2020 Conference in London.

Both of them wore high-spec facial masks to cover their mouth and nose in an attempt to ward off the virus, which has now infected 36 people in the UK - including the first case in Scotland this morning.

Both Sinitta and her handsome male friend looked stylish and as though they'd just stepped off the catwalk in their plush black leather masks, which they teamed with sunglasses to shield their eyes from the sun.

Sinitta opted for bare legs despite the chilly temperatures, teaming her new face accessory with a short black skirt, matching leather ankle boots and a crisp beige trench coat.

She finished off her look with a black leather baker boy cap, leather globes and a designer handbag slung casually over her shoulder.

Sinitta and Dr Wong were spotted browsing the cleaning products, no doubt hoping to find something that would kill off as many germs in the home as possible.

It comes after she opened up about feeling 'powerless' after ex-flame Simon Cowell dumped her.

The singer dated the X Factor mogul on-and-off for nearly 20 years, but she knew they weren't going to last the course.

Sinitta recently opened up about what it felt like to be friend-zoned by Simon Cowell (PA)

"I used to suffer with jealousy sometimes, which is why Simon and I would always break up," she told Closer magazine in December.

"But once you transition into the friend-zone, there's nothing to argue about or get upset about anymore."

Sinitta added that she doesn't think Simon will have an more children with girlfriend Lauren Silverman because he's so content with five-year-old son Eric.
