Bosnian centre-back Sinisa Sanicanin is being targeted by Celtic for a summer move according to a report in Romania.
The defensive problems at Parkhead this season have been clear for all to see, with Shane Duffy struggling after his loan move from Brighton.
Christopher Jullien has been ruled out for the rest of this season while Kris Ajer is sure to have transfer interest in the summer.
Whether or not Neil Lennon stays on as manager, strengthening the defence will be a priority and Telekom reports that Celtic are keen on Sanicanin.
The 6ft 3in centre-back has been capped eight times by Bosnia and is currently starring for Serbian side Vojvodina.
Romanian outfit Craiova are also interested, while two Turkish giants tried to sign him in January.
Galatasaray and Besiktas are both believed to be keen to sign Sanicanin, who made his international debut against Italy in September last year.
The 25-year-old is not expected to make a decision until the summer but with his current deal set to expire in June he can enter into negotiations immediately.
