Singer Anne-Marie shows off dramatic transformation at BRIT Awards

Anne-Marie gave viewers an honest insight into all the hard work that goes into pre-award ceremony prep ahead of the BRITs this evening.

The British chart-topping singer pulled out all the stops in a fun social media video revealing her glamorous ‘glow-up’ ahead of the evening’s star studded event.

Taking to TikTok, the 28-year-old began the video with a glowing au natural look and confidently - albeit hilariously - pulled a startled expression towards the camera.

The Cinderella song, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, played along in the background in the cheeky vid.

The bare-faced beauty then went for a fabulous reveal as she pulled her hand over the camera for a second before revealing a stunning and almost unrecognisable transformation.

Anne-Marie slicked back her pink locks and went for gem-encrusted bronze make-up that brought out her blue eyes.

She paired the look with a nude lip and a stunning jewel-encrusted tiara before she headed off to the coveted event in her stunning frock.

For her walk down the red carpet she wowed in a satin pink mini dress that donned an enormous bow that trailed behind her.

Last year the singer was nominated for four awards, and she wasn’t the only one “p***ed off” this year when it became apparent that no women feature in this year’s Album of the Year and Best Group categories.

Speaking to the Mirror recently, the performer admitted: “It does p*** me off.”

“There’s Mabel and all these women who are amazing coming from the UK.

“I just don’t get how they could do that and think that this isn’t going to cause controversy?

“It’s just confusing to me. Why would you not want to celebrate people’s success?”

Anne-Marie is preparing to release her second album later this year, and went on to reveal that one of her new tracks is about supporting women in male dominated industries.

Celebrities were not shy to make their thoughts known about the male-dominated short lists during tonight’s show. Jack Whitehall made a joke about the topic very on, as well as several award announcers during the evening.
