Singapore Grand Prix 2019 results: Sebastian Vettel beats Charles Leclerc to race victory
Sebastian Vettel ended his 22-race losing streak by controversially beating Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc to victory at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The four-time world champion jumped a furious Leclerc in the only round of pit stops to take to the top step of the podium for the first time since last year's Belgian Grand Prix in August.
Max Verstappen finished third for Red Bull with Lewis Hamilton only fourth.
Leclerc came out on top in a thriller in Monza a week ago.
The current champion Lewis Hamilton was forced off the track, exhausted his tyres and locked up all in pursuit of the Monacan youngster, but it was in vain as the Brit eventually finished in third.

It wasn't such a good week for Red Bull last time round.
Max Verstappen got caught up in the congestion at the start of the race and only managed to recover an eight place finish, with teammate Alexander Albon placing sixth after flirting with the gravel on lap three.

Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg took fourth and fifth place to secure 22 points for Renault in the Constructors' Championships, leaving them in fifth overall.
Ferrari were expected struggle on this circuit before the weekend. It now looks as though they will be the threat to Mercedes.
