Hamilton Park are giving race goers the opportunity to be entertained by taking part in an en masse karaoke event following a day of racing action.
The crowd are set to be the star of the show at Hamilton Park’s USAVE Utility Contracts Raceday on Sunday, September 20, as the Lanarkshire resort has revealed that the UK’s original and live-band sing-a-long show, Massaoke will take to the stage after racing.
For the first time in forever, Hamilton Park will be hosting not karaoke… but Massoke, and what’s more it’s Massaoke – A Night at the Musicals!
Where friends and family can come together to belt out some musical classics from stage and screen, from The Greatest Showman to Frozen to Mamma Mia!
There is no single spotlight, everyone, young and old, sing together, making the crowd the stars of the show.
Ashley Moon, Racecourse General Manager at Hamilton Park said: “Massaoke is the sing-a-long sensation taking the UK by storm, and we are delighted to be able to put on this fantastic show.
“This fixture is perfect for getting together with your friends and family and just having fun on a Sunday afternoon as we all sing-a-long to some of our favourite musical hits.”
On the track, there will be seven action-packed races with the feature race being the Class 4 USAVE Contracts Fillies’ Handicap with prize money of £12,000, with the live music set to get underway once the racing action has concluded.
Tickets are priced from just £20 when booked in advance, with free entry for under 18s.
Gates open on Sunday, September 20,at noon, with racing starting at 2pm.
