Sinead O'Connor claims she has spoken to Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan from beyond the grave

Sinead O'Connor has claimed she has spoken to Dolores O'Riordan from beyond the grave and the Cranberries singer had a lovely message for a man who showed her great kindnes.

Dolores tragically passed away in January 2018 at the age of just 46.

Sinead, who also goes by the name of Shuhada Sadaqat since her conversion to Islam, revealed on social media yesterday that she had trained as a medium and had felt Dolores' presence as she performed a song for a tribute album dedicated to the late Limerick rocker.

After performing No Need To Argue for the album, the Nothin Compares 2 U hitmaker said: "Ended up not doing the cranberries song Monday and did it today instead and I swear I felt Dolores with me so we sang it together and it was amazing."

She later claimed she had spoken to Dolores and the Cranberries singer had a message for a man called Armstrong who helped her while she was touring.

Sinead said: "Since everyone already thinks I’m Bats I may as well admit I trained as a medium for years.. and today Dolores asked I thank a man named Armstrong who used to take good care of her on the road.

"I don’t know you. But you do. She says thanks for never taking advantage of her."

Sinead will embark on her first Irish tour in four years next month and revealed that her show in Dolores' hometown of Limerick sold out earlier today.
