Simplyhealth Great Bristol 10K results: How to see your finishing time

The results and finishing times for this year's Bristol 10K have been released.

After months of training, thousands of runners took part in the Simplyhealth Bristol 10k earlier this morning (May 5).

Bristol city centre was awash with runners, from die-hard athletes aiming to break their personal records to those donning fancy dress.

The 6.1 mile course which leaves from Anchor Road loops around the Portway, passing twice under the Clifton Suspension Bridge, along the Cumberland Basin and up to St Mary Redcliffe Church before returning to the start point also on Anchor Road.

The wheelchair race set off first at 9.15am, followed by the Orange wave at 9.30am.

The top three men were Chris Thompson with 29.35, Tom Merson with 29.52 and Jonathan Cornish with 30.34.

And the top three women were Kate Reed with 33.11, Annabel Gummow with 34.16 and Laura Gent with 35.11.
