Is there a SimpliSafe free trial?
Yes, customers can get a month's free trial of SimpliSafe's professional alarm monitoring, which uses a combination of AI and security agents to actively respond to security alerts from your cameras. If you aren’t satisfied for whatever reason, you can return the system and get a refund of your plan free of charge. SimpliSafe will cover the return charges, so no additional shipping fee is necessary.
Is there a SimpliSafe app?
Customers can manage their home security devices more easily individually or as a network through the SimpliSafe app. It is free to download for Apple & Android devices, and lets customers arm & disarm systems, set up notifications and view live video feeds from their device wherever they may be.
Does SimpliSafe offer a warranty on their products?
By default, SimpliSafe offers a limited one-year warranty for all products sold on its website. You can verify the extent of this coverage by contacting SimpliSafe support directly. Service plans qualify users for extended warranty options so be sure to investigate your options to know what’s available to you for support.
What is the SimpliSafe return policy?
If it’s been 60 days since your purchase, you can submit a refund request for your purchase. SimpliSafe will accept returns submitted within this window and even offer to cover the return shipping price. There doesn’t even need to be a problem with the order, you can submit a return refund request for any reason.

SimpliSafe's protector's discount program gives teachers, first responders, medical professionals, and active or retired members of the military 50% off their orders when they verify their status through the brand's portal.
