Simone Young conducts Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony and Mahler’s Sixth for Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. Although Schubert’s unfinished symphony has only two completed movements, it stands as one of the greatest of the genre.

Mahler’s Sixth Symphony is a tragic, mythical piece, which conductor Wilhelm Furtwangler described as the first nihilistic work in the history of music.
