Simone Biles slowed down reveals what makes her the world's greatest gymnast

Simone Biles won her second gold medal of Rio 2016 when she cruised to victory in the women's all-around competition on Thursday.

The 19-year-old is expected to continue dominating the field in next week’s apparatus finals.

Biles said: "I'm very excited and relieved because I've finally done it. You never know that feeling until it hits you.

"It's amazing to be recognised for all of this success, (but) I'm not the next Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps, I'm the first Simone Biles.

"I'm just the same Simone. I just have two Olympic gold medals now. I feel like I did my job tonight."

The internet went into melt down over her all-conquering routine which saw her unleash ‘the Biles’.

And quite rightly, she won by 2.1 points – bigger than the margin of victory from 1980-2012 combined.

Watch the video above to show her signature move, slowed down, in all its glory.
