Simon Zebo torn between Racing and Munster as he vows to make decision on his future next week

Simon Zebo has put Munster on high alert after revealing he will make a decision on his future next week.

Zebo, 30, has loved his time in Paris with Racing 92 since joining from the Reds in 2017.

However the mercurial back three star admits the lure of playing again for his native province, and representing Ireland at the 2023 World Cup, is also strong.

The Corkman hasn't been picked at Test level since his move to France, in keeping with IRFU policy.

"Both options have a good side," Zebo told Rugbyrama.

"I love my life in Paris, I would love to help Racing win the Champions Cup, but the idea of one day playing again for Munster and playing in the World Cup is also very attractive.

"Going back to play in Thomond Park would be special. It would be incredible to go back - I would really love to do it.

"I am very close to making a decision. There would be a lot going into that. I think I’ll settle all of that next week".
