During resort season, it's pretty commonplace for fashion houses to travel to some far-off spot to show off their cruise wares. For Resort 2026, several brands opted to visit Italy, which made sense for Italian brands like Max Mara and Gucci. Never one to follow the crowd, Simon Porte Jacquemus is putting on a grand spectacle as only he can presenting his upcoming Le Paysan Fall 2025 collection at Versailles. More specifically at the palace's Orangerie.

While the designer is from the South of France, he does have history with Versailles. He presented his Fall 2023 collection there with guests transported across the Grand Canal in rowboats. He also selected the palace for a 2023 dinner to celebrate a capsule collection with Net-a-Porter. Although he isn't the first designer to traverse the grounds. John Galliano presented Christian Dior's 2007 haute couture show in the greenhouse.

The Jacquemus Le Paysan Fall 2025 collection at Versailles is slated for June 29.
