Simon Guobadia Sends Cease-And-Desist Letter To 'Real Housewives' Production

The Real Housewives Ultimates Girls Trip: Rhony Legacy'

Simon Guobadia has taken a firm stance against the filming of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' at his Georgia residence amidst his divorce from Porsha Williams. Guobadia, the sole owner of the nearly $7 million property, issued a cease-and-desist letter to True Entertainment, the production company behind the Bravo reality series, demanding an end to any filming activities at his house.

The legal letter, supported by the property deed, clearly states Guobadia's refusal to consent to the release of any photographs or recordings of his home. Failure to comply with the demands outlined in the letter may lead to legal action, as emphasized by Guobadia.

Williams, who filed for divorce in February after a year of marriage, has been embroiled in a contentious split with Guobadia. Allegations from both parties have escalated, with Guobadia accusing Williams of bringing an armed individual to the house, prompting police involvement to 'maintain the peace.'

Guobadia further sought a restraining order against Williams, citing her alleged erratic behavior. In response, Williams accused her estranged husband of changing garage codes and door locks to restrict her access to their marital home.

Additionally, Williams referenced a prenuptial agreement stipulating Guobadia's obligation to vacate the property within 30 days of a divorce filing, an action he purportedly failed to execute. The reality star has distanced herself from Guobadia publicly, evident in her removal of his last name from social media accounts and deletion of shared photos.
