Simon Cowell stuns BGT: The Champions viewers with slimmed-down appearance

Simon Cowell left Britain's Got Talent : The Champions viewers stunned with his slimmed down appearance.

The music mogul recently lost a whopping 20lbs, and put his new trimmed-down frame on display on tonight's show.

The 59-year-old was still wearing his signature white shirt unbuttoned to his pecs, but he looked very different to the last time he was on the show earlier this year.

Simon recently debuted his new look, with his trimmed down figure and gleaming white teeth at the launch of America's Got Talent.

He was looking trimmer than ever as he posed up on the red carpet after dramatically overhauling his lifestyle after a health scare.

The music mogul's slim hips and skinny face give him a brand new look as he posed up in a tight grey jumper and black trousers.

Earlier this year, Simon spoke candidly about making changes to his lifestyle after he was hospitalised in October 2017 after he fainted due to low blood pressure .

Speaking to Extra TV in June, he said: "I went to see this guy who's very well-known. And he said to me, after doing some blood work, 'You can't have red meat, dairy, sugar, bread or gluten'."

He said: "And he said, 'Maybe not quite as much as you had before'. And I did it and I stuck to it and it's easy."

The star joked he was on the same diet as his little boy, saying: "Apart from ice-cream, he actually likes water, eats all his raw vegetable. I'm on the Eric Cowell diet."
