Simon Cowell shocked his fellow Britain's Got Talent judges after returning the "same size" as Amanda Holden.
The talent show judge, 59, was recently forced to shut down claims he has had a gastric band fitted after losing almost 1.5 stone.
He first sparked a flurry of speculation after debuting his slimmer appearance on America's Got Talent: The Champions.
As he, Amanda, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon appeared on Lorraine today and spoke about their shock over Simon's new figure.
"I couldn't believe it," Amanda gasped. "He's basically got the same waist size as me!"
Asked whether he was now thinner than David, Amanda quipped: "Everyone's thinner than David!"
"Well I lost a tiny bit of weight and he's lost five stone," David exclaimed. "But he won't say how he did it."
He added: "Whether he got the gastric band or gastric sleeve, he's not saying."
Asked by a cheeky David whether he was doing a work out video, Simon said: "No. I can do one with you?"
The pair jokingly shook hands as Alesha said: "That would sell a lot!"
Simon said that he lost the weight through a change in lifestyle, with Amanda explaining: "Skinny beer and being a vegan!"
