Jasmine Lennard - who has previously been linked to Simon Cowell - has announced her engagement to a billionaire and was gifted an £800,000 flashy ring.
The former model is set to marry the billionaire businessman and was given a 12 and a half carat ring - a stunning ten carat cut diamond inside two and a half carat of smaller diamonds - to wear on her finger.
The 34-year-old model's new man is Saudi defence industry guru Mohammed Al Saif, 32.
And they're planning to waste no time with a wedding on New Year's Eve accompanied by family and friends.
She told The Sun: "He ticks every box for me.
"He's everything I ever wished for and I feel very, very, very lucky marrying the most amazing man and love of my life."
Stunning Jasmine gained fans after appearing on TV shows including Make Me a Supermodel and Celebrity Big Brother .
The mum-of-one has since dodged further reality TV stints and recently turned down a long list of offers.
Having dated Mohammed for three years now, she says he won her heart after a "year of hell".
He helped her cope with the death of her businessman father Brian Lennard - who founded Sacha shoes and helped establish Gamblers Anonymous UK.
Jasmine also had a near-death struggle with chronic illness endometriosis and she fought a one-in-a-million tropical disease.
She admitted she's been through a "brutal time" and spent the last 18 months having "multiple operations" for the chronic illness.
And after coping with her personal health-related problems, she revealed her dad dying was the "most painful and traumatising experience" of her life.
