Simon Cowell reveals bullying fears for his 'mini me' son Eric

Simon Cowell has revealed that he fears his fame could lead to his son Eric being bullied.

The Britain's Got Talent judge says he loves that Eric, who he shares with his partner Lauren Silverman, is just like him.

But he's worried that other kids could bully him.

The music mogul told the Daily Mail : "Him being bullied is what I dread most. There are two things that worry me about him growing up.

"One is stress. Children are under so much stress - with homework, pressure. I really don't want that for him. The second thing is bullying. It terrifies me.

"If there's even a whiff of it I don't think I could handle it."

Simon, who is always thrilled when Eric joins him for some judging on his shows BGT and the X Factor , laughed when he explained his five-year-old thinks he has a job.

The star says he asked his son if he'd like to do what daddy does one day, only to be told by little Eric that he already had a job as he's always going to the studio.

BGT is currently in the audition stages, and Simon has already used his golden buzzer, sending one act straight through to the live semi-finals.

Simon used his buzzer for comedian Kojo Anim, who collapsed in tears as he was showered in golden confetti.

Kojo, from London, was already in tears on stage after his hilarious routine when the golden glitter descended on top of him.

The comedian, who has known Alesha Dixon for many years, collapsed to the floor when he was put in the semi-finals.

Kojo left the audience and the judges in hysterics and got a standing ovation from everyone in the theatre.

But all seemed lost when Simon said: "I'm going to be honest with you. I don't really like comedians on this show."

"But I love you," he added before pushing his buzzer.
