Music mogul Simon Cowell , 60, celebrated his milestone birthday at celebrity hotspot Nobu in Malibu at the beginning of October.
But the newly vegan X Factor judge was just getting started with his birthday plans.
Simon, who turned 60 on the 7 October, was reportedly due to host an extravagant party at swanky Chelsea restaurant La Famiglia on Wednesday night.
However, new reports have suggested that the star has been forced to postpone the milestone bash due to 'scheduling conflicts'.

According to Mail Online , the TV star had celebrity guests flying in from all over the world specifically for the party so there is sure to be a number of disappointed famous faces whose plans have been thrown up in the air.
In sources obtained by the publication Simon and his partner, Lauren, 42, sent out cancellations just days before the birthday extravaganza was due to take place.
The cancellation notice read: "'Dear all, I am so sorry but this dinner is cancelled/postponed.
"Scheduling conflicts unfortunately are prohibiting us from having this dinner at this time. We will keep you posted as to when it will be rescheduled for."

Their source also revealed: "Simon's priority is his incredibly busy work schedule over the next month and this, of course, includes the current series of The X Factor as well as other TV and music projects.
"He also doesn’t want people hungover on Thursday and would rather the focus is purely on work - and of course the upcoming shows - rather than celebrating his 60th."
The X Factor judge hosted a celebratory dinner with his girlfriend Lauren, son Eric, five, as well as a line-up of close showbiz pals at the beginning of the month.

Simon's recently undergone a transformation after he lost a mighty amount of weight from a vegan diet .
The mogul has reportedly lost around 20Ibs in the past year and maintained a strict diet.
In light of his milestone year, Simon underwent a radical health kick and cut out dairy, sugar, bread, gluten, and meat.

The 60-year-old is currently appearing on screens every Saturday night on his new show The X Factor: Celebrity with celebrities hoping to wow with their vocals.
The first live show last week saw Simon face severe backlash from viewers after he instead of Love Actually star Olivia Olson.
