Simon Cowell 'gave Prince Harry and Meghan advice after Netflix deal rumours'

Simon Cowell reportedly shared his wisdom with Prince Harry and Meghan.

It's understood the music mogul gave out some handy tips when it comes to entering the entertainment and TV business.

The X Factor boss would be the man to ask - given it's rumoured he earned £37million from TV appearances this year.

Whispers have been swirling Prince Harry and Meghan signed a £112million deal with Netflix to turn their lives into a reality show which they have since denied.

However, insiders shared Simon has been dishing out advice on how the couple can make a success of the entertainment spheres.

Their arrangement was said to be informal or "on a casual basis".

A source told The Sun : “Simon is a huge fan of Prince Harry and Meghan and has known the Prince for many years.

“Harry used to pop along to The X Factor back in the day. They have mutual friends in common and now Harry and Meghan are moving into the entertainment industry themselves.

“Simon has been happy to offer his support on a casual basis.”

Mirror Online reached out to Simon Cowell's representatives for further comment.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex denied claims they were inviting cameras into their lives for a mega deal with Netflix.

A spokesperson for the couple told HELLO!: "The Duke and Duchess are not taking part in any reality shows."

A source previously told The Sun the couple were planning a reality show as part of their deal with Netflix to give fans "a glimpse into their lives".
