Simon Cowell sent the Internet into meltdown by ditching the iconic look he's made his trademark during his reality TV career.
The telly mogul, 59, almost always goes on his shows wearing a white tee or shirt with a pair of jeans or black trousers.
Sometimes he mixes it up by wearing a black top - but that's been as far as he goes when it comes to changing his style.
However, last night he stunned fans by rocking up to America's Got Talent wearing a red T-shirt.
It's believed to be the first time Simon has made a major change to his style in years.
Simon's fashion statement comes after he adopted a healthy new lifestyle. He recently wowed fans by showing off a whopping 20lb weight loss after going vegan.
The X Factor boss first realised he needed to make a change when he fell down the stairs in the middle of the night nearly two years ago - he was rushed to hospital and his doctors were brutally honest with him.
They told Simon his health was at serious risk if he didn't stop himself binging on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts, whipped up for him whenever he wanted by personal chefs.
They also said his sleep pattern was highly damaging, and he needed to stop living "like a vampire." He had been staying awake until 8am.
He told The Sun : "Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I've not looked back since.
"You feel better, you look better.
"I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn't have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar - those were the four main things."
Simon has faced accusations of having a gastric band fitted.
Simon said: "If I had, I would admit to it. This diet is all about what you put into your body. It's not the Atkins diet or anything else. It's just common sense."
He added that the most difficult part of his diet is that his son doesn't have to follow it too. Simon has Eric, 5, with girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
Simon laughed: "The hardest part is when I see Eric eat pizza in front of me. That's really tough."
