Simon Cowell accuses Ant and Dec of 'spoiling' Britain's Got Talent

Britain's Got Talent head judge Simon Cowell didn't miss the opportunity to have a gripe on tonight's show.

The music and reality TV contest boss complained at long-standing hosts  Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly that they're 'spoiling' the talent contest for him.

Simon told the popular duo that he doesn't know beforehand who is performing on each episode of Britain's Got Talent : The Champions - so he isn't happy that they keep announcing who's coming up on the show.

"Genuinely I do not have a clue who's on each night so I love it," he told them, but he wasn't finished.

"So try not to give it away in the breaks because you keep saying who's coming up and that spoils it," he added.

"That's kind of our job," Ant pointed out.

And his pal Dec came up with a solution.

"Every time we're going to do it we'll nod at you and you put your fingers in your ears," he said.

Britain's Got Talent: The Champions has previous winners and other memorable acts from the BGT franchise from across the globe taking to the stage once again in a bid to become the champion of champions.

Simon, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams have all returned to the judging panel for eight episodes which have been pre-recorded at Wembley Arena.

The first act to go through each week is a Golden Buzzer act chosen by one of the judges while the second act is voted through by superfans in the arena audience.

The final will be screened on October 5.

Britain's Got Talent: The Champions airs on Saturdays at 8pm on ITV.

Next week we'll be halfway though the series which has seen the winner already crowned.
