One of Silicon Valley's best-known investors, the founder of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, has listed his Bay Area mansion for sale. The more than 12,000-square-foot home in Atherton, California, is on the market for $33,375,000. The current owners, who have not disclosed their future plans, have amassed over $250 million in property in Malibu, California, in recent years.

The mansion, situated on a 1.55-acre lot, is discreetly positioned and faces the Menlo Circus Club, a private recreational club established in the 1920s. In addition to the main residence, the property includes a one-bedroom guest house, a detached office, and a studio.

Featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms, the home boasts recessed lighting, skylights, and a light color scheme. The property also includes seven fireplaces, catering to hosting needs for events. The realty firm listing the property highlighted the residence's dedication to media requirements and its ability to accommodate personal, professional, and philanthropic gatherings.

The owners, known for their philanthropic endeavors, may have frequently used the estate for hosting purposes. The property is equipped with workout facilities, including mirrors, free weights, and stationary bikes. Outside, the estate offers manicured lawns, a covered terrace, a pergola, fountains, and a reflecting pool, creating an ideal setting for various events.
