First Great Western have confirmed delays between Cardiff Central and London Paddington due to vandalism on the lines between Swindon and London.
An update posted on their website reads:
"A significantly reduced train service is in operation on all routes into London Paddington. The majority of services from London Paddington will operate as scheduled. This disruption is likely to continue until at least 20:00.
"South West Trains are accepting First Great Western tickets on services between Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford and London Waterloo. Chiltern Railways are accepting First Great Western tickets on all reasonable routes. London Underground are accepting First Great Western tickets on all reasonable routes."
