Sign up for the ECHO LGBTQIA+ newsletter

We're launching the ECHO's LGBTQIA+ newsletter.

Sent once a week, the newsletter promises to promote equality, inclusion and more importantly, give a voice to those who aren't often heard. Not only will the newsletter feature our biggest and best stories, but shine a spotlight on the incredible people in the Liverpool city region.

The newsletter will be sent by Paul McAuley, the ECHO's LGBTQIA+ Community Reporter, who is committed to sharing stories of the LGBTQIA+ community and minority groups in Merseyside.

Paul said: "As someone who didn't feel 100% comfortable with their sexuality until they moved to Liverpool, I know first-hand the city has a welcoming LGBTQIA+ community and a rich and vast history that comes with it.

"Despite only living here for four years, I have heard some amazing stories and met some incredible people. I am now excited to learn more about the community that has helped so much and hopefully make them feel more seen - especially the letters in the LGBTQIA+ acronym which aren't shouted about as much in comparison to others."

By signing up, you'll receive our weekly digital newsletter straight to your email inbox. If the sign up box has not appeared below, click here.
