But they believe they have also found a potential new signing on the pitch in the form of Donny van de Beek.
The Dutchman scored the goal tat separated the two sides at half-time, finishing off a fine, flowing Ajax move. And his composure in the middle of the field, as well as his range of passing, has got Arsenal supporters calling him the perfect replacement for Aaron Ramsey.
Van de Beek has been an integral part of Ajax's side this season, playing in 42 of the club's games across all competitions this season.
Gunners fans are still trying to come to terms with the fact that Welshman Ramsey is being allowed to leave the club for Juventus on a free transfer this summer, but if Raul Sanllehi can brig van de Beek in, they would be satisfied.
