'Sign him now, Diego Costa vibes' - Chelsea fans love what Erling Haaland has done

Barely a week goes by without mention of Erling Haaland.

Plaudits follow the 20-year-old striker wherever he goes as a result of his stunning scoring prowess.

Haaland made it 20 goals in just 14 Champions League matches with a brace against Sevilla in the second leg of their last 16 encounter on Tuesday night.

The German outfit, leading 3-2 from the first leg in Spain, drew 2-2 at Signal Iduna Park to squeeze through to the quarter-finals.

However, when you have a goalscorer of Haaland 's prowess in your team, if you create chances, you can rely on him to put the ball in the back of the net and that's just what he did.

Haaland has plenty of suitors ahead of the summer transfer window, namely Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City in England.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are also reportedly interested and it could be that the highest bidder wins the race this summer.

Haaland tapped home the first following a Marco Reus cutback, but it was the second goal that had everyone talking, for various reasons.

The striker thought he had scored from a tight angle, but the goal was ruled out after a VAR check for a push on Sevilla defender Diego Carlos. However, during the VAR check the referee looked at a potential penalty incident more than a minute before, which he gave.

The drama did not end there.

Haaland's penalty was saved by Yacine Bounou, but after Sevilla' attacked, the referee called it back for a retake, with VAR seeing Bounou had come off his line to save the spot-kick.

Up stepped Haaland again and he went the same way but this time found the back of the net.

Before wheeling away celebrating, Haaland taunted the keeper, much to the disgust of the Sevilla players.

And it was that moment that the Chelsea fans loved, with memories of Diego Costa brought up.

What was not spotted was the fact that after the first penalty miss, Bounou actually taunted Haaland, which led to what happened after the second spot-kick.

Nevertheless, the antics of Haaland only served to make the Chelsea fans want to sign him more.
