May 01--Not every celebrity in Chicago recently was here for the NFL draft.
- Gwyneth Paltrow ("Shakespeare in Love") attended a private dinner Tuesday at Little Goat following her unannounced appearance at her Goop pop-up shop at the Waldorf Astoria. Little Goat chef Stephanie Izard tweeted a photo of herself with Paltrow with the caption "tried to stand on chair to be as tall as @GwynethPaltrow ...got scared I'd fall!"
- Selena Gomez ("Spring Breakers") was spotted Tuesday and Wednesday at Sunda while in town for We Day at Allstate Arena.
- Jamie Foxx ("Ray") had lunch at Lyfe Kitchen and hosted a Hennessy VS-sponsored album listening party at The Wit hotel Monday.
- Jason Momoa ("Game of Thrones") and David Ramsey ("Arrow") dined April 24 at Chicago Cut Steakhouse while in town for C2E2 at McCormick Place. Chad L. Coleman ("The Walking Dead"), also here for C2E2, attended a practice dinner Saturday at the renovated Rockit Bar Grill, as did Larenz Tate ("Rescue Me") and Joey Slotnick ("The Single Guy"). One more C2E2 related sighting: Daniel Gillies ("The Vampire Diaries") stopped by RM Champagne Salon Saturday.
- Pop star Jason Derulo dined Thursday at Chicago Cut Steakhouse before performing at Shay.
- Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons had dinner Wednesday at Mastro's Steakhouse.
- "Jersey Shore" co-stars Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "Jwoww" Farley had dinner April 21 at the Pump Room in the Public Chicago hotel. Bethenny Frankel appeared at a private event hosted by Pardot April 23 at Fulton Market Kitchen. Her "Real Housewives of New York City" co-star, Ramona Singer, opted for RPM Italian that night, as did Brody Jenner ("The Hills") and Jax Taylor ("Vanderpump Rules").
- Twisted Sister rocker Dee Snider caught a student matinee of the Chicago Children's Theatre's "Wonderland, Alice's Rock Roll Adventure" April 22 at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts and dined Saturday at Chicago Cut Steakhouse.
