Oct. 12--Emmy Rossum had questions about DJing Thursday at The Underground and resident DJ Dante the Don was more than happy to answer them. Here's that celeb sighting as well as a bunch more from around Chicago:
- Rossum hung out with "Shameless" co-stars Shanola Hampton, Jeremy Allen White and Steve Howey at The Underground while in town for the week filming the Showtime dramedy. "She asked me why I wore headphones and wanted me to show her how I changed songs," said Dante, who is the official DJ for Cubs games at Wrigley Field. The "Shameless" castmates were also spotted partying Thursday at Studio Paris and dining at Nellcote. They worked out Oct. 5 at Shred415-Old Town and dined and played games Tuesday at For The Win arcade.
- Taraji P. Henson had dinner Tuesday at Sunda. Her "Empire" co-star Bryshere Y. Gray dined Thursday at Dolce Italian in The Godfrey Hotel. Fellow "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett hung out Sept. 23 at The Underground.
- Common had dinner Oct. 5 at C Chicago.
- Bethenny Frankel was all over the River North area Friday. The reality TV star was spotted at Siena Tavern, RPM Italian, RPM Steak, Three Dots and a Dash and Studio Paris.
- Dean Winters ("Oz") dined Wednesday at Public Chicago Hotel's Pump Room.
- Jeff Mauro ("The Kitchen") emceed Taste of the Nation Chicago Sunday at Navy Pier, which benefited No Kid Hungry. Guests were able to try the excellent pulled pork sandwich from Mauro's yet-to-open Pork and Mindy's sandwich shop.
- Swedish electronic duo Cazzette dined Wednesday at RPM Steak and Thursday at Ramen-san.
- Pandora Vanderpump-Sabo ("Vanderpump Rules") visited RPM Italian Sunday.
