Sidemen Charity Match 2026 LIVE: Result and updates after penalty shootout settles Wembley thriller

Sidemen Charity Match 2026 LIVE!

The annual Sidemen Charity Match produced another thrilling contest at Wembley Stadium on Saturday. One of the hottest tickets in the capital sold out fast once again with 90,000 fans watching the always fun influencer friendly at the home of English football, where a record 20 goals were scored in an entertaining spectacle between Sidemen FC and the YouTube Allstars, who this year had Sidemen members KSI, Miniminter and Behzinga all in their ranks in a twist.

ItalianBach’s late equaliser for 10-10 led to another penalty shootout, which the Allstars won for the second year in a row as Mrwhosetheboss dispatched the triumphant spot-kick following misses by Jack Joseph and LazarBeam. Jynxzi was man of the match after scoring twice, while Miniminter’s hat-trick deservedly earned him the Golden Boot award.

More than £6million was raised for charities Bright Side and M7 Education on a day to remember in London, where Max Fosh made Mark Clattenburg’s yellow card spectacularly disappear in a burst of flames in a headline-grabbing moment. Follow reaction to the latest Sidemen Charity Match live below!

The managers look like they are stepping up first in this shootout.

Calfreezy, with his headset and chinos on, is up against xQc.

Straight down the middle and through the hands of the ‘keeper!

Sidemen FC 10-10 YouTube Allstars

17:07 , George Flood

A huge late chance for a last-gasp victory is missed by the YouTube Allstars!

Mark Clattenburg doesn’t play any injury time and we are indeed heading to penalties in the Sidemen Charity Match once again.

Will Miniminter take one after last year’s disappointment is the question...

GOAL! Sidemen FC 10-10 YouTube Allstars | ItalianBach 88'

17:03 , George Flood

88 mins: Danny Aarons has an effort saved by xQc, who is then beaten by a swerving strike from ItalianBach.

We are level again with just a couple of minutes to go and look to be heading to penalties for the second straight year at Wembley.

A brace for ItalianBach.

Sidemen FC 10-9 YouTube Allstars

17:01 , George Flood

85 mins: xQc with two vital saves to preserve Sidemen FC’s narrow late lead at Wembley.

They look to finish it off with numbers on the counter, but YouTube Allstars clear their lines.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 10-9 YouTube Allstars | Miniminter 83'

16:58 , George Flood

83 mins: xQc makes one strong save, but had no chance with that arrowed low effort from Miniminter to complete his hat-trick.

This isn’t over yet. A new record for goals in the Sidemen Charity Match.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 10-8 YouTube Allstars | Jynxzi 80'

16:56 , George Flood

80 mins: That could be the decisive blow for the YouTube Allstars as an effort against the woodwork bounces back off Sketch and is turned home on the rebound from point-blank range by Jynxzi, who now has two goals for the day.

Will that settle it?

GOAL! Sidemen FC 9-8 YouTube Allstars | Niko 77'

16:54 , George Flood

77 mins: The latest parity didn’t last long as Niko chests down and blasts in under little pressure from Angry Ginge.

He has his goal at Wembley after that early first-half controversy.

Now Miniminter, on a hat-trick, cracks the crossbar at the other end.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 8-8 YouTube Allstars | KSI 75'

16:50 , George Flood

75 mins: A goal for YouTube Allstars captain KSI to make it 8-8 and put us back on track for another potential penalty shootout.

His right-footed effort goes in off the hands of xQc, who should have saved it.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 8-7 YouTube Allstars | AB 70'

16:47 , George Flood

70 mins: A belting finish from AB as he gets the better of ItalianBach before curling high above Sketch.

Calfreezy reviews it claiming handball in the build-up and thinks he’s been successful initially.

But Clattenburg stands firm on his original decision and Sidemen FC are in front at 8-7.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 7-7 YouTube Allstars | Vikkstar 68'

16:43 , George Flood

68 mins: Great link-up play between Chris MD and ArthurTV results in Vikkstar firing into an empty net to bring us level yet again.

Wembley loved that one!

14 goals and counting with just over 20 minutes left to play.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 6-7 YouTube Allstars | WillNE 65'

16:40 , George Flood

65 mins: Max Fosh goes for the spectacular overhead kick inside the box and can’t quite connect, but WillNE is there to punt in the loose ball at the far post.

Sidemen FC behind again.

Sidemen FC 6-6 YouTube Allstars

16:37 , George Flood

61 mins: Sidemen FC go close again as a series of Mexican waves break out at Wembley.

KSI is now unleashing the skills, pulling off an audacious nutmeg.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 6-6 YouTube Allstars | Zerkaa 57'

16:33 , George Flood

57 mins: And just like that it’s level again!

Sidemen FC skipper Zerkaa scrambles into an empty net from close range after good work from ChrisMD.

Four goals in 12 minutes in the second half.

Are we on for another 9-9 here?

GOAL! Sidemen FC 5-6 YouTube Allstars | AJ Shabeel (pen) 54'

16:30 , George Flood

54 mins: The goalfest continues at Wembley early in this second half as another penalty is given away.

After a million stutter steps, Beta Squad member AJ Shabeel still aims his effort straight at Sketch - who can only parry it into the back of the net.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 4-6 YouTube Allstars | Chazza 51'

16:27 , George Flood

51 mins: Another for the YouTube Allstars and it’s a second blunder from xQc, who lets a deflected Chazza strike squirm past him at the near post.

He’s fuming with himself.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 4-5 YouTube Allstars | Danny Aarons 49'

16:23 , George Flood

49 mins: A laser finish into the bottom corner from Danny Aarons and the YouTube Allstars have an early second-half lead.

He’s then instantly substituted.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:21 , George Flood

47 mins: Max Fosh has just been booked for a challenge, takes the yellow card from Mark Clattenburg and then makes it disappear in a burst of fire with a cameraman on the pitch.

That was certainly something!

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:19 , George Flood

After that lengthy half-time interval, we are back underway at Wembley.

How many more goals will we see?

All to play for at the moment...

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:11 , George Flood

Tinie Tempah and DJ Charlesy finish off their half-time set, which was well-received by the crowd.

The second half is imminent at Wembley.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:08 , George Flood

Tinie Tempah is now into his best-known hit, ‘Pass Out’.

Not sure quite how many of the younger YouTube fans in the Wembley crowd will remember these tracks.

Certainly takes me back, though.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:05 , George Flood

Tinie Tempah is now doing a half-time performance of 2010 hit ‘Written in the Stars’ in the Wembley dressing room.

He’s leading the players back out onto the pitch.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

16:02 , George Flood

Deji with a rousing half-time speech in the Sidemen FC dressing room, but Calfreezy is having none of it.

Niko really is fuming over that early disallowed goal.

He says he knew he was coming from his own half and asked for it to be reviewed at the time, but to no avail.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

15:52 , George Flood

Goals galore as always in this Sidemen Charity game, eight in the first half alone and we’re level at the break.

It really should be 5-4 to Sidemen FC though, with Niko Omilana still fuming after that wrongly disallowed early goal.

Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars

15:48 , George Flood

Half-time

GOAL! Sidemen FC 4-4 YouTube Allstars | Miniminter 45'

15:47 , George Flood

45 mins: Level on the stroke of half-time!

A sweeping ball releases Miniminter, who cuts inside Aminematue before blasting home his second goal of the day.

That will do it for the opening period at Wembley.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 4-3 YouTube Allstars | ItalianBach 41'

15:43 , George Flood

41 mins: It is raining first-half goals at Wembley, with ItalianBach now pulling off an outrageous turn before firing low across xQc and in.

Great effort after his two previous strikes that were straight at the goalkeeper.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 4-2 YouTube Allstars | Jynxzi 39'

15:41 , George Flood

39 mins: A lovely little passing move from Sidemen FC as Zerkaa sends the ball out right and ArthurTV sets up Jynxzi for a low first-time finish beyond Sketch.

Miniminter has missed a couple of one-on-ones at the other end, trying to square it for KSI the first time.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 3-2 YouTube Allstars | ChrisMD 35'

15:38 , George Flood

35 mins: Sidemen FC are back in front and it’s another howler as Sketch is done by the bounce and an attempted acrobatic clearance from WillE fails miserably.

Was that an Angry Ginge own goal?

ChrisMD celebrates, revealing a “That was for you, Theo” T-shirt, referencing Theo Baker’s omission from this year’s game.

Sidemen FC 2-2 YouTube Allstars

15:36 , George Flood

32 mins: The YouTube Allstars have just survived a rarely-spotted indirect free-kick inside the box after Sketch picked up a back pass from ItalianBach.

Sidemen FC want a penalty for handball against Max Fosh, but it’s not given.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 2-2 YouTube Allstars | Miniminter 29'

15:33 , George Flood

29 mins: All the praise for that penalty save instantly melts away as xQc lets a low drive from Miniminter go straight through his legs.

Deary me.

The Sidemen Charity Match’s all-time top scorer has another for his tally.

Sidemen FC 2-1 YouTube Allstars

15:30 , George Flood

26 mins: Angry Ginge confidently manoeuvres himself away from danger and here come the YouTube Allstars again.

Penalty! A risky challenge inside the box is given as a spot-kick by Mark Clattenburg, whose decision stands after an on-pitch review called by Sidemen FC.

xQc saves a weak effort by JasonTheWeen.

Sidemen FC 2-1 YouTube Allstars

15:26 , George Flood

25 mins: AB slices wide with the goal at his mercy after Sketch bravely denies Marlon.

Now the YouTube Allstars pour forward once more, but again ItalianBach can only pick out the goalkeeper.

Sidemen FC 2-1 YouTube Allstars

15:24 , George Flood

23 mins: It should really be 2-2 despite W2S tracking back well to initially thwart a dangerous Allstars counter-attack.

But ItalianBach - who has just come on - fires straight at the goalkeeper.

Now at the other end, Marlon plays in Vikkstar, who can’t find the finish as Sketch does just about enough.

Corner, which is headed well over.

Sidemen FC 2-1 YouTube Allstars

15:22 , George Flood

19 mins: Sketch is almost in trouble inside the YouTube Allstars box but the danger is averted.

More changes now from both sides.

It is rolling substitutes of course.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 2-1 YouTube Allstars | Marlon 16'

15:17 , George Flood

16 mins: Two quick-fire goals from Sidemen FC has them in front.

ChrisMD also uses the outside of his boot to send through Marlon, who finishes confidently past Sketch.

A reminder that last year’s game finished 9-9 before going to penalties...

GOAL! Sidemen FC 1-1 YouTube Allstars | TBJZL 13'

15:15 , George Flood

13 mins: It’s level at Wembley and what a goal it is from Tobi!

He lobs Sketch from outside the box with an audacious effort with the outside of his right boot that nestles in the back of the net.

Wow. Another TBJZL wonderstrike.

Sidemen FC 0-1 YouTube Allstars

15:13 , George Flood

12 mins: A flurry of further early changes from Sidemen FC, including the swift return of Marlon.

Sidemen FC 0-1 YouTube Allstars

15:12 , George Flood

10 mins: A couple of unorthodox saves in quick succession from Sketch keep Sidemen FC at bay, including a punch to thwart TBJZL.

GOAL! Sidemen FC 0-1 YouTube Allstars | Angry Ginge 8'

15:10 , George Flood

8 mins: Shortly after that massive let-off, the YouTube Allstars take the lead from a corner!

Angry Ginge spins off his marker before emphatically heading home the opening goal of the afternoon at Wembley.

He certainly enjoyed that one.

Sidemen FC 0-0 YouTube Allstars

15:07 , George Flood

5 mins: A bout of WWE-style suplexing has broken out, led by Deji.

Sidemen FC are now on the counter-attack and Niko takes a heavy touch before slotting past Sketch after a fine ball from W2S, whipping out a mask in celebration.

But the offside flag is up. Replays show that Niko actually made that run from just inside his own half, so his frustration is justified.

Where’s VAR when you need it?!

Sidemen FC 0-0 YouTube Allstars

15:04 , George Flood

3 mins: Jack Joseph is looking to his Sidemen FC bench already at Wembley as Swedish streamer Marlon makes way for Lacy.

Sidemen FC 0-0 YouTube Allstars

15:02 , George Flood

Mark Clattenburg blows the whistle and we’re underway in the 2026 Sidemen Charity Match.

Will the YouTube Allstars retain their crown?

Sidemen FC are straight on the attack as Zerkaa sprays the ball out right.

Sketch comes out to collect and collides with his own player in Mrwhosetheboss.

That was a painful one, but he’s quickly back up and geeing up the crowd.

14:59 , George Flood

Mark Clattenburg is the referee for this afternoon’s game.

KSI has won the pre-match coin toss and is making the teams switch ends.

Teams are out

14:57 , George Flood

Here come the teams at a sold-out Wembley!

Zerkaa and KSI are the respective team captains this afternoon.

Kick-off is imminent.

14:51 , George Flood

Very funny stuff from Jack Joseph in the Sidemen FC dressing room, where he gives an amusing explanation for his Victorian-esque outfit.

Stephen Tries is back on commentary, alongside Hashtag United founder Spencer Owen.

14:46 , George Flood

A rousing speech from Sketch in the YouTube Allstars dressing room ahead of kick-off after last year’s penalty save. This time Miniminter is on his team.

Angry Ginge calls Sidemen FC’s warm-up “embarrassing”, while Calfreezy has now pinpointed JasonTheWeen as his most important player.

Asked for a message to rival manager Jack Joseph, Calfreezy says: “What the f**k are you wearing?”, prompting roars of laughter.

The bad language prompts an apology to “all the kids watching” from Munya Chawawa.

14:33 , George Flood

A stellar lineup of pitchside pundits at Wembley for the latest Sidemen Charity Match.

Dutch legend Edgar Davids has been joined by former England star Shaun Wright-Phillips and current Lionesses and Arsenal forward Michelle Agyemang.

Respective team managers Calfreezy and Jack Joseph are now in discussion on the pitch, Calfreezy looking like an NFL coach and Joseph still strolling around like a magician with his hat and cane.

I’m not quite sure what look he is going for here!

Wembley filling up before kick-off

14:26 , George Flood

Wembley is filling up nicely with less than 40 minutes to go now until kick-off.

Sidemen FC are in black kits again this afternoon, with the YouTube Allstars in red.

Both shirts have the charity ‘Bright Side’ written across the front.

The six Sidemen are currently being interviewed pitchside by hosts Munya Chawawa and Elz the Witch.

Plenty of banter flying around with the group now split between both sides for the first time, including Miniminter insisting that he will not be taking a penalty today after last year’s decisive shootout miss.

They also discussed the Sidemen Charity Match draft, in which Deji went first and Stable Ronaldo was the final pick.

KSI keeping close eye on Dagenham & Redbridge

14:13 , George Flood

This annual Sidemen Charity Match is not KSI’s only involvement in football these days, of course.

The YouTuber, influencer, Britain’s Got Talent judge, musician and former boxer recently bought a minority stake in sixth-tier club Dagenham & Redbridge.

KSI says he wants to take the Daggers to the Premier League and has attended games at Victoria Road, also streaming matches on his YouTube channel.

Dagenham currently sit 12th in the National League South, 11 points adrift of the top seven with only two games left to play this season - including at home to promotion-chasing Weston-super-Mare this afternoon.

“I'm so excited to start this journey. It's gonna be a rollercoaster for sure but I hope to bring Dagenham & Redbridge back to the glory days,” KSI said last month.

“And once we reach that point, I want to go even further. Reaching the Premier League would be a dream. And I believe it is 100 per cent doable.

“It will take a long time, so to the Daggers fans, please be patient.

“I want you to know that I am fully committed to making sure Dagenham & Redbridge is a team that everyone will know worldwide, and will be an exciting team to watch and support.”

Sidemen FC vs YouTube Allstars head-to-head record

13:58 , George Flood

Last year’s 5-4 penalty shootout success for the YouTube Allstars following a wild 9-9 draw at Wembley ended a streak of three consecutive wins for Sidemen FC in this event.

It was only the Allstars’ second victory in six iterations of the game, to go along with a 2-0 triumph at The Valley in 2017.

They’ve lost 8-5 and 8-7 in high-scoring thrillers, but also been on the receiving end of 7-2 and 7-1 hammerings.

You can see why there was a desire to make things more competitive, despite last year’s penalty upset.

Will the additions of KSI, Miniminter and Behzinga steer them to victory once more?

Simon is the top scorer in Sidemen Charity Match history, with 11 goals.

Sidemen match raises millions for charity

13:41 , George Flood

It is quite incredible when you consider what the Sidemen have achieved generally, but particularly with regards to this game.

From starting it in 2016, to going from St Mary’s in Southampton to The Valley - home of Charlton - and the London Stadium, before moving to Wembley last year and selling out tickets in a matter of hours both times at the home of English football.

90,000 crowds, millions more watching on YouTube and donating has seen this fixture raise more than £8.5million for charity over the last decade - a phenomenal number.

Last year’s event saw almost £5m raised for a number of charities including Children in Need and Bright Side.

Hats off to you, lads.

Sidemen FC squad assemble

13:33 , George Flood

The Sidemen FC squad - minus KSI, Miniminter and Behzinga, of course - have assembled pitchside at Wembley.

That’s certainly a look for manager Jack Joseph...

Why are Logan Paul, Mr Beast and IShowSpeed not playing?

13:22 , George Flood

Logan Paul, Mr Beast and IShowSpeed all played in a thrilling Sidemen Charity Match at Wembley last year.

IShowSpeed captained the YouTube Allstars from the wing and scored a penalty during a pulsating 9-9 draw, then also notched a spot-kick during the subsequent shootout that was won 5-4 by the Allstars after Miniminter’s effort was crucially saved by Sketch.

Paul was deployed in midfield for Sidemen FC and also got on the scoresheet, while Mr Beast played in defence for the Allstars.

However, none of the trio are involved this time around.

Most notably for Logan Paul and IShowSpeed, that is because they are both in action on night one at the WWE’s WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas later on, teaming up in a six-man tag-team match alongside Austin Theory to take on The Usos and LA Knight.

KSI, Miniminter and Behzinga join YouTube Allstars in twist

13:11 , George Flood

You may have been surprised to see three Sidemen members - KSI, Simon ‘Miniminter’ Minter and Ethan ‘Behzinga’ Payne - included on the squad list for YouTube Allstars.

That is not an error, but rather a twist to this year’s charity game that has seen all three swap sides in a bid to make things more competitive.

"With this charity match, we thought we'd change it up,” KSI explained to talkSPORT.

“Normally, the Sidemen are in one team, and we're up against different players in YouTube Allstars.

"But this time, three of us have moved to YouTube Allstars. So, me, Simon, Ethan are now in YouTube Allstars, whereas the rest are in Sidemen.

"It's going to be a lot more competitive, and it's going to be intriguing to see which goals the fans celebrate more and who people want to win.

"It's going to be a good time in general. It's always quite entertaining, and it's always a fun time with these charity matches. Everyone always leaves with a smile on their face."
