This is the suspected pervert who was arrested for allegedly watching playing children through his phone and taking pictures and videos of them in a Dublin park while masturbating.
The sicko, in his 30s, was apparently caught indecently exposing himself in the busy Ballymun park in the Silloge area on Sunday as clueless kids ran around and played football.
Horrified parents spotted the weirdo touching himself inappropriately in front of the children - some of whom were as young as two-years-old - in broad daylight and bravely confronted him before ringing the Gardai, Dublin Live reports.
They discovered that the vile man was using the photo and video app on his mobile to watch the children playing while allegedly pleasuring himself.
A witness told Dublin Live: "It's horrific to see this stuff happening right outside your door.
"A few of us confronted him and he started to deny it.
"It was very obvious what he was doing. He was masturbating and it was clear as day and disgusting."
In a video seen by Dublin Live, one woman can be heard confronting him saying "all we want to see is what pictures you've been taking of our kids. They're our kids, okay? We don't want you having pictures of our kids on your phone".
Three officers can be seen surrounding the man during his arrest for the horrific incident and he is currently being detained at Ballymun Garda Station.
A spokesman for Gardai told Dublin Live: "We are investigating a public order incident that occurred at approximately 8:15pm on Sunday 14th June 2020 at Silloge Road, Ballymun.
"A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene for Public Order Offences and detained at Ballymun Garda Station."
He added: "Investigations are ongoing. No further information is available at this time."
