The Gogglebox stars appearing in the latest episode of the Channel 4 series were left screaming out in horror over one of the segments they had to comment on.
But they weren't alone, as viewers were also left sickened over the scenes, with many forced to look away from their screens.
In the segment, they watched an episode of divisive TV series Dr Pimple Popper.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee examines and treats a wide range of pimples and other skin issues on the American series, and she's seen some pretty gory things.
She's unfazed by what her patients bring to her surgery, which can't be said for many viewers tuning in.
On Friday, the Gogglebox favourites were tasked with watching a new segment from the series - and it did not go down well.
The latest patient visiting Dr Pimple Popper herself revealed a huge growth attached to one of his thighs, and it had been there for a year.
He sat on it at one point as he demonstrated his struggle of avoiding it, and it wasn't long before Sandra began to remove it without any major warning.
Viewers tuning in witnessed Sandra cutting around the mass, before handing it to him once it was all over.
The stars of Gogglebox were left feeling sick as she placed it in his hand, with it still full of pus.
Meanwhile those watching at home were forced to look away from their screens, as they couldn't continue watching the scenes.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Can't watch this pimple stuff it's vile."
Another agreed: "Jesus Christ #Gogglebox I know you warned us but that is not a pimple!"
A third added: "Husband currently shouting "TURN IT OVER, TURN IT OVER NOW" at Dr Pimple Popper as he's about to eat a jam donut."
Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "Gogglebox on mute and I’m looking away! Can’t be doing with Dr Pimple Popper! Why do people watch things like that? (problem is I’m watching alone so not sure when it’s safe to look again)."
