Sick ‘camouflaged’ flasher exposed himself to 10-year-old girl on Scots street

A young girl has been left ‘shaken and distressed’ after a man exposed himself to her on a Dundee street.

The shocking incident took place at around 6.30pm on Saturday, December 19 at the junction of Waverley Terrace and Dalkeith Road.

The 10-year-old girl was walking in the area when she was flashed by a man who was wearing a camouflage snood pulled up over his nose and mouth.

He is described as being around 5ft 8in, aged between 40 to 50-years-old and was wearing a black tammy style hat.

He also wore a black jacket, black trousers with white stripes up the sides of both legs, black shoes and spoke with a local accent.

Officers are continuing their enquiries into the shocking incident and are appealing for members of the public who may have dash cam footage to come forward.

Anyone with any information regarding this incident should contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote reference number 2938 of 19 December, 2020.
