Siânnise Fudge has announced a kidney infection left her bed bound and off social media over the past few days.
In a message on her Instagram story, the TV star said that the illness combined with a cold has left her in need of some natural remedies.
She said "Sorry I have not been active over the past few days, I have been so poorly (not with Covid).

"Just a kidney infection and a cold, so bare with.
"If anyone has any natural remedies send them my way".
The reality TV star is also looking forward to a new arrival next summer, with the news that her sister is pregnant and due in June 2022.
In an adorable snap on Instagram, Shanade shared baby scan photos next to a bauble on her Christmas tree, which read: "Baby Watt due June 2022."
She captioned the post: "The best gift this Christmas."
There have been rumours recently Siânnise has split with her boyfriend, and former Love Island co-star, Luke T although the pair have not publicly confirmed this.
