Two distinguished professors and performing artists, Junghwa Lee and Eric Lenz, will give a piano and cello duo recital at Siam Ratchada Auditorium, ground floor of Fortune Town Building, Ratchadaphisek Road, on April 4 at 7pm.

Presented by D&M Music Studio, the concert will see the return of Korean pianist Lee who will join with American cellist Lenz in a performance of Bach's Jesu, Joy Of Man's Desiring; Schumann's Impromptu In E Major; and Kathleen Ginther's River Of Dreams during the first half of the programme.
In the second half, the duo will perform Chopin's Sonata For Cello And Piano In G Minor, Op 65, and Girolamo Frescobaldi's Toccata For Cello And Piano.
Dr Lee performs actively in solo recitals, chamber concerts and lecture recitals, and has frequently appeared in concerto performances as a soloist.
She has presented solo performances in Korea, Holland, France, Hungary, Romania, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, China, the UK and the US. Currently, she is associate professor of piano at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in the US.
An associate professor of cello also at Southern Illinois University, Dr Lenz holds graduate degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music and the University of Alabama.
He has performed around the world in venues such as the Banff Centre, the Chinese Central Conservatory in Beijing and Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall.
