Shroud and Just9n headline epic Rainbow Six Siege showdown featuring streamers

A creator Rainbow Six Siege X showdown is coming soon with Michael “shroud” Grzesiek and Justin “just9n” Ortiz, who are going to be the two coaches assembling streamers for a head-to-head clash.

In a new announcement, the former CS:GO pro revealed plans for a Rainbow Six Siege series where he and just9n will step in as coaches, draft teams of streamers, and battle it out for a prize pool of $25,000 on March 3, 2026, at 1pm PST on shroud’s Twitch channel.

Shroud is actively drafting a mix of creators, even saying “Bad aim welcome,” making it clear this is going to be fun, chaotic, and accessible to all types of players rather than a sweat-fest. The final list of streamers is yet to be revealed, though.

According to his post, they’ll draft a total of 10 streamers between them to build two sides that will clash across a full best-of-five series in Rainbow 6. With a new season coming soon, this event is already looking to be an entertaining Siege creator showdown.

Peter Solovyev Fermay is the person behind the production, who has also handled big-shot events in the past, such as Esports World Cup 2024, Six Invitational 2024 and 2025, Siege X Showcase in March 2025, and more.

Shroud and just9n’s journey so far

After rising to prominence in CS:GO with Cloud9, he shifted to full-time streaming and rebranded himself from pro player to one of the internet’s go-to FPS specialists.

Over the years, he has explored nearly every major shooter genre, from battle royales to extraction shooters, while maintaining his trademark calm, analytical style.

Stepping into Siege, a game built on utility, information, and map knowledge, will give shroud another canvas to show the viewers how he reads a round and communicates with a team.

Just9n has long been one of shroud’s most consistent teammates on stream, often acting as a vocal shot-caller, comic relief, and reliable fragging presence depending on what the moment calls for.

As a creator, just9n has carved out his own lane by leaning into that mix of competitiveness and banter. Seeing him step into an official “coach” label next to shroud also reflects how their dynamic has matured.

Where they once were simply teammates grinding games together, events like this frame them as two separate pillars with their own styles, fanbases, and approaches to leading a squad.
