Shrewsbury Town could have strengthened their squad with a transfer window incoming by the time Bolton Wanderers visit this weekend.
Salop host Wanderers this Saturday at Montgomery Waters Meadow in League One.
Ian Evatt's side have the chance to do the double over the Shropshire outfit this season, having picked up a 2-1 win over Shrewsbury earlier on this campaign at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Wanderers sit two places and a point behind Salop in the table, but can leapfrog Cotterill's side with a victory.
But Salop could have another player in the building by the time Wanderers arrive in Shropshire this weekend.
Speaking after the goalless draw versus Crewe Alexandra over the weekend, Cotterill said: "I’m hoping there might be something this week.
"We were very close last week but I think that will finally get over the line by the time I speak to you next which will be the Thursday press conference.
"Hopefully, we can add one we’ve been working on and hopefully it’ll give us a good bit of competition in a certain area of the pitch where we haven’t got much competition."
The Shropshire Star reports that Nottingham Forest's Tyrese Fornah is set to become the club's second signing of the Janury transfer window on loan for the rest of the season.
Bristol City striker Saikou Janneh became the club's first acquisition earlier on in the window when he joined on loan for the rest of the campaign.
