'Show us the real lineup' - Spurs fans can't believe what Jose Mourinho has done vs Burnley

Tottenham Hotspur are in action against Burnley this afternoon (Saturday), as they look to bounce back after their first defeat under Jose Mourinho.

Spurs lost 2-1 against Manchester United in midweek thanks to a brace from Marcus Rashford.

The defeat was the first time that Tottenham failed to pick up all three points under their new Portuguese head coach, after two 3-2 wins in their two Premier League games under the former Chelsea boss.

Sean Dyche and Burnley are the next visitors to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and Mourinho has named his starting XI for the Premier League match against the Clarets.

Tottenham v Burnley: Jose Mourinho press conference in full

Burnley will be looking to bounce back themselves after suffering a 4-1 defeat to reigning Premier League Champions Manchester City.

Eric Dier has come back into the team in place of Tanguy Ndombele, who is struggling for fitness. Dier will partner Moussa Sissoko in the middle of the pitch, despite the Spurs manager saying that he did not feel that it was Sissoko's natural position.

On the bench is Tottenham youngster Troy Parrott, Ryan Sessegnon and Oliver Skipp, while Christian Eriksen is also named among the substitutes.

On the announcement of the team, Spurs fans have taken to social media to give their reaction, with many not happy with the midfield selection.

The last time Burnley visited Spurs, the hosts came out as 1-0 winners thanks to a last minute goal from Christian Eriksen.
