Rosaries are the primary currency in shops and other locations in Hollow Knight: Silksong and are quite valuable, so spending 30 of your first ones is a tough choice. However, pressing "Yes" here rewards you with a Rest spot, i.e., a bonfire, meaning you get a checkpoint for the low, low price of 30 Rosaries.
Thus, I think you should go for "Yes" here, since having an extra starting point to explore from is always welcome and will spare you the significant backtracking you'd have to do otherwise (given your last rest spot was way back in the village).
