Among the many free agents the Arizona Cardinals are due to have when the new league year begins is offensive lineman Oday Aboushi. Should the Cardinals bring him back?
He was signed in October and found his way into the starting lineup after Justin Pugh was placed on injured reserve. He started the final five games of the season and six of the final seven at right guard.
He can play guard and tackle and has started multiple games every year of his career. He started 10 games as a rookie, eight games in 2017 and six games last year.
The Cardinals reportedly would like to re-sign him. The question is how they see him. Would he return with a contract for a backup who can start or does he want to find a team where he would get regular playing time?
Every NFL team needs experienced depth on the offensive line. Aboushi brings that.
